We can make very large size O ring. There are three kind of curing process to make big O ring.
1. curing the whole O ring directly by mould pressing. The precison is best. The largest OD we can make is 650mm.
2. extrude and then glue. The tolerance of the thickness is not as precise as the method 1. There will be joint. But the cost is cheap.
3. mould pressing the ring section by section. The length can be no limited. No joint and with good precision.
